Zalaysia brings over 5 years of hands-on experience in personal care services, providing compassionate, individualized support to clients with a wide range of care needs. With a strong background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she is skilled in assisting with activities of daily living, promoting resident safety, and delivering care with dignity and professionalism.
